Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, one of the most well-known Swiss brands in the world, is a contemporary hotel chain that blends the freshness and vitality rooted in the Swiss hospitality tradition with the energy of the Alps. Swissotel The Bosphorus wanted to inform their customers about the dimensions of the renovation process and the changes taking place within the hotel in an informative and entertaining way through a game.
We brought this significant change at Swissotel to customers through a game called “Wind of Change”. Participants could learn about the renovation process, have the chance to win a stay, and create their unique symbol of change with their answers to share with their friends. By doing so, we informed our customers while expanding the reach of the game to acquire new customer data. As a result, we reached thousands of potential customer data, informed our customers about the significant changes at the hotel, and shared it with Swissotel followers.
