Need

We needed to collect user and potential user data as much as possible in a fun way through our social media channels.

Solution

Air France Flight Atlas was a “quiz” campaign. By asking direct and indirect questions to users, we matched the collected data with the data provided by Facebook. In this way, we tried to access more detailed information such as vacation destination, food type, personal preferences, and the demographic data of different users, such as age and gender. 

Reception

We’ve got to admit, people simply love to answer fun questions. We had over 15,000 users participating and sharing their emails with us. Based on cross-examination with their FB profile, we were able to provide more targeted messages and promotions to them with emails we sent later.
